Questions & answers

Do you only work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We specialize in QuickBooks Online so we can deliver consistent processes and reliable reporting.
Do you prepare taxes?
No. We focus on bookkeeping. We prepare organized financial records so your tax preparer can file accurately and efficiently.
Do you manage AP, AR, payroll, or sales tax?
No. We focus strictly on QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. Bill pay, invoicing, payroll, and sales tax filings stay with the business or their payroll or tax provider.
Do you charge a setup fee?
If you are already using Quickbooks Online and your books are close-ready, there is no set-up fee. If your books are behind or unreconciled, cleanup is quoted separately first.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes, packages can be adjusted as your business grows.
When will I receive my monthly reports?
Most clients receive reports by the 15th business day of the following month when statements and answers are provided on time.
